    职位描述:

    1.作为内部用户IT helpdesk支持需求的联系点。
    2.提供24x7的IT支持。根据不同的问题类型及时升级问题到系统支持或网络支持团队。
    3.IT相关问题的处理和及时跟踪解决。
    4.参与IT软硬件资产的管理,以及IT资产的采购。

    要求:

  • 高级软件工程师
    岗位职责
    1. Take charge of the development of a whole module.

  • 软件测试工程师
    岗位职责
    1. 参与美国硅谷互联网软件产品测试的全流程, 负责中型到大型网站底层基础架构系统级别测试,包括软硬件架构的更新,新架构的引入等。对完整软件生命周期关键点进行质量把关。  
    2. 针对关键质量风险点进行技术分析和讨论,牵头开展相关测试, 包括制定测试计划及用例,协调测试资源,构建测试环境,执行集成测试,回归测试, 发布支持测试,探索性测试等。
    3.熟练使用公司自动化测试平台、性能测试平台、安全测试平台、持续集成平台,可配合进行性能,安全和自动化测试。  需要时可能参与产品线特色化的测试策略制定和测试执行, 以及现有平台的增强,编写新自动化测试套件及工具等。
    4.保证被测系统的质量,并通过测试流程和方法创新,努力提升研发的质量和效率。
     
    任职要求

  • 网站及系统监控主管
    Responsibility:
    1.Collaborate with all stakeholders(both XM and US) to gather monitoring requirements and discuss monitoring solution/plan/process.
    2.Coach the team to be monitoring experts, help them dig into detailed level through infrastructure to code including devices, servers, tracking data, exception, etc., and then design the monitoring approach/process.
    3.Have good senses of program, evaluate various monitoring approach and optimize the operation to make it automatic.
    4.Coach the team to make them be the first level of trouble shooting, and be able to resolve the common problem.
    5.Design KPI for both NOC and our system availability, track and report.

    Besides the responsibility above, we also want the role to:
    1.Manage projects roadmap for the NOC team, manage and track timely delivery of projects
    2.Manage work schedule of the team for 7x24 operations
    3.Coach the team members to grow in both technical and communication area.
    4.Team building and engage the members.

    Requirement:
