(eHealth China - Tech), a wholly owned subsidiary of eHealth China Inc. in the U.S. (eHealth China - U.S.), was established in Xiamen, China at the end of 2003 as a wholly owned foreign enterprise operating in China. Both eHealth China - Tech and eHealth China - U.S. are subsidiaries of eHealth Inc.

eHealth China - Tech’s mission is to push the envelope in the development of computer software to support eHealth Inc., the leader in the field of selling health insurance online to individuals, families and small businesses in the United States.
