Network Engineer网络工程师
Responsibilities:
- Provide 7X24 support for network infrastructure and IP phone system.
- Maintain network uptime consistent with corporate goals and metrics.
- Maintain and constantly improve network performance, reliability and security, including IOS upgrade, troubleshooting, and ongoing configuration change to meet business requirement and in compliance with corporate security policies and SOX.
- Work on open issues, potential problems that affect the timely completion of projects.
- Participate in IT auditing and 3rd party network scans and corporate projects as deemed appropriate by management.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer science or similar fields of study. 2+ years of experience in network administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player with self-driven qualities and skills.
- Experience in supporting 24x7 production system. Available when needed as escalation point for network related issues.
- Successful experience in designing, installing, and supporting networks across multiple sites with multiple providers.
- Experience with any or all of Cisco hardware platforms(Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless, Call Manager, VPN), Citrix Netscaler. Experience using BGP4, OSPF and IPSec(Remote Access & VPN/WAN). Solid understanding of CISCO switching and routing techniques.
- Understanding of SNMP, SNMP traps and network monitoring tools.
- Experience in generic cabling and system integration and CCNP certificate are preferred. PCI/SOX experience is a plus. Experience working in a structured change management processes for highly available Web facing environment is desirable.

Commission Specialist佣金核算专员
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 在Excel以及RRS（公司自行开发的收入确认系统）里处理、分析、审核（美国）保险公司支付给eHealth公司的佣金。包括将保险公司的佣金报表（PDF格式）转换成Excel文件格式，将佣金数据录入Excel表格以及在RRS系统里处理异常佣金收入情况。
The Commission Specialist will be responsible for handling/analyzing/auditing commissions from carriers on Excel and the Revenue Recognition System （RRS）. This position includes the conversion of paper/scanned commission statements into Excel format and processing of commissions using RRS as well as Excel spreadsheets and various other templates
